Working as a collaborator, Polycount developed support graphics and animations that played a critical role in communicating the vision, scope, and regional impact of the high-speed rail initiative. The work translated complex engineering, infrastructural, and multi-jurisdictional frameworks into clear visual narratives for public forums, agency briefings, and stakeholder presentations. These visual tools helped align decision-makers across multiple agencies and provided the clarity necessary to advance interagency coordination and public understanding.
